Never underestimate the power of a good brainstorming session! It doesn't require much at all to get started but in the end fleshes out great ideas that can lead to success with an applied plan of action.

Start with a shared space to write out all these ideas where everyone can view them. Some may use a shared drive, white board, poster, or maybe now with "the new normal" share a screen during the Zoom call. Either way, make sure it is visible to everyone during the brainstorming session.
Keep the timing limited, you can always have follow-up meetings to further flesh out plans of actions for the ideas that were discussed. You do not want it to turn into a long drawn out meeting of ideas or complaints, that take away from the bigger picture and get you all off track. Just remember, never forget to schedule the those follow-ups!
If you have a large team, develop a system so that everyone can be heard in the meeting and share their ideas. You do not want any to fell left out! You could use a talking stick- basically any random object (ball or marker) you can pass around and only the person holding the object can speak in that moment. For a smaller team you could have everyone start the meeting with going straight to the drawing board with their ideas- followed by discussing each idea as a team one by one.
We hope these suggestions inspire you and your team to start brainstorming new ideas.
